We have been talking about The Ultimate Homemaking Bundle this week, but I know several of you might not know what an ebook bundle is, or what to do with all the ebook resources.
Ebooks are still pretty new to the ‘reading scene’ but they are such a huge recourse for knowledge, price, and space saving.
Q & A on the ebook bundle
What do I do with 97 ebooks and resources? How do I read them? What if I don’t need them all? What if I want to give the bundle as a gift? Why is the bundle so cheap?
In this post I am going to try and answer a bunch of questions about book bundles.
What is an ebook?
An ebook is an electronic book file, usually in .pdf format that you can open and read on your computer, kindle, ipad, or other.
Can I print the books so I can read them on paper?
Yes, all pdf files can be printed. They can’t be modified, they are like a picture file. If you want to hold the book or don’t have a book reader you can print the books and read them that way if it is easier.
What is a book bundle?
A book bundle is when many authors get together and offer all their books at a huge discount when they are grouped together. It is usually for 3-5 days.
Why is the bundle so cheap?
With over $600 of books and another $140 in bonuses, how can the bundle be offered for 29.97? Authors do get some of the money from the bundle and it is a money making venture. However, it is even better for authors as far as publicity and spreading their names to new audiences. The reader gets the cost benefit and the author gets publicity and financial benefit as well. It is really a win-win all around
What if I don’t want all the books?
This bundle is huge! What if you don’t have kids…. why all the parenting books? What if you are a guy and so many books are directed at women? What if you already have some of the books?
This bundle is offered at such a huge discount that it is still very profitable to get the bundle even if you won’t use all the resources. Even if you only want 10 books it may be a huge savings!
Know someone else who would like some of the books you don’t want? You can gift books you don’t need.
For honesty and being fair to the authors please just keep one version of the book. But if you want to send your copy to someone else that is perfectly fine. Send the homeschool books to a friend who homeschools, that is fine with us
How can I get the books on my kindle?
Because of the size of download you will need to download all the files to your computer first. When you finish payment you will receive an e-mail with a link to where you can download all the books. Some are zipped so there is about 70 download links.
I think the easiest way to move files to the kindle or other device is manually plugging the device into your computer. The kindle cord will plug in to a USB port and you can see it in your ‘Explore’ menu. You can then move the files into the ‘documents’ folder of your kindle.

Can I give away books?
Yes, if you give your copy, you can give away books in the bundle. The ‘rule of thumb’ is to treat it like it is a print book. I give away paper books all the time but after I give them away I can’t have access to them.
You can also gift the whole package if you like. (think awesome mothers day gift!) You can make the purchase and when you get the e-mail with the download link you can forward that to the person you want to gift the package to.
You have 2 weeks to redeem the bonuses and have 4 weeks to download the books. If you want to hold the e-mail until mothers day or a birthday this month you can do that and it will still work (just make sure they know the deadlines for redeeming the books and bonuses)
Can I split a bundle?
Yes, you can split the bundle with a friend but you can’t both have the bonus offers.
